My hands can do this --- Lady Zoe Pouch

Materials:
(1)  Caron Simply, 4 ply acrylic, 6 oz (orchid)
(1)  Caron Simply, 4 ply acrylic, 6 oz (baby brights ombre)

(1)  fancy button

       crochet hook size - F5 / 3.75 mm 

Level of Difficulty - easy

Stitch Abbreviations:
(ch)     chain

Special Instructions:
(inc)  - increase (2 sc in the next sc or dc) or (2 dc in the next sc or dc)
(hdc) - half-double crochet (YO once and insert hook inside (7-ch) loop.  Draw through all 3 loops)


Instructions:  Use orchid yarn first.  20 (ch).  Always count the number of (inc), (ch), (7-ch), (4-ch), (3-ch), (dc), (hdc), and (sc) in each round to avoid mistakes.

Using Orchid Yarn

2 (dc) in 4th (ch) from hook.  (Dc) in next 15 (dc).  Hide extra yarn while crocheting.  In turning, (inc)- 6 (dc) in 1st (ch).  (Dc) in next 15 (ch) on the other side.  (Inc)- 3 (dc) in last (ch).  Slip st in 1st (dc).

2nd to 4th Rnd

Cord Making (Orchid and Baby Brights Ombre)
[Cut 62 inches of purple yarn 12X.  Cut 62 inches of baby brights ombre yarn 4X.  Combine them.  Tie one end once.  Just leave both ends unbraided.  Braid them.  Tie other end once]  2X.  Cut both ends to make it even.

Inserting the Cord
[Use hook to insert the cord.  Count the number of loops where to insert the cord to balance each side.  Untie the one end of the braided yarn.  Insert it in 1 loop and tie it twice.   There should be a 3-loop distance between 2 cords in each side. Untie the last end of the braided yarn.  Insert it in 1 loop and tie it twice]  2X. 

Attaching the Button
Cut a short yarn and insert into the hole of the fancy button.  Tie the button on the area in line where the hole is.

This pouch shown in the picture has no front cover.  If you wish to do this, just skip doing the 31st to 43rd Rows (The Start of Making a Front Cover). Then do the rest of the instructions. Anyway, it’s still the same beautifully designed pouch made to suit your child’s best needs .
